Please complete the form application. Once we receive your application we will review it for approval. If you are approved to be a vendor at your desired event you will receive an email with instructions on sending your payment.
MAKE SURE YOU TO CHECK FOR OUR RESPONSE IN YOUR JUNK FOLDERS! Depending on what email platform you use, you may find our communications in the promotions, social or spam folders. You will receive confirmation of your application within a few moments of submitting your application. Most email providers will give you the option to mark us not spam so we don’t get lost in the future.

THE Market by Wholly Handmade
Wholly Handmade has once again partnered with Taste of Edmonton for 2025 to bring you an exciting artisan market experience.
THE Market by Wholly Handmade will run in conjunction with Taste of Edmonton July 17-27, 2025 at Churchill Square. This exclusive market will run for the entirety of the festival and will feature 35 vendors per day.
New for 2025!!
- More centralized location with additional market entrances for customers
- Integration with select restaurant partners within the market space
- Additional artisan products allowed including those meant to be consumed at home
- Later hours on Friday and Saturday night to capture additional business
- Exciting changes within Taste of Edmonton to be announced at a later date

What will not be accepted?
- Alcohol products
- Inappropriate items for a family festival including racial slurs, explicit sexuality, homophobia, islamophobia, etc.
- Manufactured or imported items
- Weapons
- Vintage goods and antiques
- Direct sales or multi-level marketing companies (Epicure, Tupperware, Mary Kay etc.)
- Food products that conflict with Taste of Edmonton restaurant partners offerings
The fees for participating in the THE MARKET by Wholly Handmade are as follows:
Entry Fee for 2 Days: July 17 & 18, 2025, July 19 & 20, 2025 (FULL), July 24 & 25, 2025, or July 26 & 27, 2025: $550 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 3 Days: July 21, July 22 & July 23, 2025 $650 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 4 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19 & July 20, 2025 or July 24, July 25, July 26 & July 27, 2025: $1000 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 5 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19, July 20 & July 21, 2025 $1250 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for 6 Days: July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26, & July 27, 2025 $1500 Incl. GST
Entry Fee for all 11 Days: July 17, July 18, July 19, July 20, July 21, July 22, July 23, July 24, July 25, July 26, & July 27, 2025 $2400 Incl. GST
If you are interested in applying for multiple date options, please complete an application for each.
*Single day entry fee: $225 Incl. GST per day week days (Monday-Thursday) and $275 Incl. GST per day on the weekend (Friday-Sunday). Single days will only be offered, if needed to fill all spaces.
